Growing up in Caracas, in a family with roots across three continents, and moving to the US for college created a layered and curious person who has never had just one way of seeing things. I believe that's what pulled me toward design problems where there's no single obvious answer.
At Bigtincan I joined as a junior designer and stayed long enough to see what complexity really looks like from the inside: multiple products, inconsistent foundations, competing mental models. The work that mattered most wasn't any single interface. It was building the shared language: navigation, design systems, the processes that let teams make consistent decisions without starting from scratch. Over time the job expanded: still designing and shipping, but increasingly framing the right problems and making sure the work held together beyond any single deliverable.
I'm looking for environments where that kind of thinking matters. Complex product space, strong cross-functional culture, real ambiguity worth working through.
